Day 1

Chandigarh – Shimla (115 KMS)

On arrival at the Airport or railway station (on your own), you will be received by Ajay Modi Travels Pvt. Ltd. representative / driver. Once you board your vehicle, you will drive to Shimla. Overnight stay at Shimla.

Day 2

Shimla – Kurfi – Shimla

After breakfast explore Shimla City .Visit Jakhu temple and Kufri. Kufri situated at an altitude of 2500 meters just an hour’s drive from Shimla. In the evening visit Ridge & Mall Road, Scandal Point, Kali Bari, Gaiety Theatre. Overnight stay at Shimla.

Day 3

Shimla – Manali – Via Kullu Valley

After breakfast you will proceed by road to Manali (274 km / 7hrs). On the way sight-seeing like Sundernagar Lake, Pandoh Dam, Vaishno Devi Temple, Kullu and overnight stay at hotel in Manali.

Day 4

Manali – Rohtang Pass At Ypur Own

After Breakfast proceed towards Rohtang snow point 51 km from Manali (on your own) located on altitude of 3978 meters and on the way back from snow point visit Solang Valley and overnight stay in Hotel.

Day 5

Manali Local

After breakfast visit “Hadimba Temple”. It was built in 1553 with a superbly crafted four tiered pagoda roof; it is famous for its exquisitely carved doorway. The Club House with its comprehensive facilities that include a roller skating rink, an auditorium, billiards rooms, a library, a bar and restaurant makes wonderful outing for the day. Also visit Tibetan Monastery, Van Vihar, and Vashisth hot springs. Overnight stay at Manali.

Day 6

Manali – Chandigarh Drop (310 Km To 9 Hrs )

After breakfast, check-out from hotel. Drive to Delhi and Drop at Railway station/Airport to catch onwards train/flight.

Package Cost Includes:-

  • Accommodation on twin sharing basis in above mentioned or similar category hotels, will be confirm at the time of booking.
  • Meals: MAP Plan ( Breakfast & Dinner ).
  • Complimentary use of the hotels any recreation facility as per hotels terms & conditions. (subject to availability)
  • Surface transportation from pick up till drop round trip and local sightseeing as per the itinerary by individual Vehicle as per family.
  • Vehicle cost is including all fuel charges, Driver allowance, Border tax and Toll Tax, Parking and entry charges which is applicable as on day of quotation.
  • Child below 3 Years is complimentary without extra bed with same meal plan in parent’s room.
  • Maximum 1 Extra bed can be accommodating in each room.

Exclusions

Package Cost Not Include:-

  • Any Airfare / Train fare is not included in the package cost.
  • Any expenses of personal nature like tips, phone calls, fax, internet, games, sauna, and steam, Jacuzzi, laundry, extra vehicle hire, bar,room heaters,
  • discotheque or any other.
  • Pony/horse rides, boat rides, safaris, rafting charges, skiing/skating, and cable car/ropeway rides etc.,
  • Extra food or beverages ordered or taken in hotel restaurant or room except buffet meal plan.
  • Entrance fees at any monument and guide charges, wherever applicable.
  • Additional sightseeing tours and excursions. All major sightseeing will be cover once during sightseeing.
  • Vehicle will be allowed up to parking points & last possible points. (Subject to road & gov. conditions).

  • Any service not specifically mentioned in the “Package Cost Includes” column.

Tour Information

Cancellation Policy:-

  • Cancellation charge will be accept from the booking dates
  • Before 30 days – communication charges of Rs. 2000/- per person.
  • 30 -15 Days prior to departure 25% on total package cost.
  • 14 -07 Days prior to departure 50% on total package cost.
  • 07- 03 Days prior to departure 75% on total package cost.
  • With in 03 Days/No show Full amount / non refundable.
  • This is our cancellation rules but we will give our best possible effort to minimize the cancellation charges.

Amendment Terms:-

Amendment of booked tour will be treated as Cancellation. However, minor amendments can be made on the payment of a communication charge.

Terms & Conditions

Payment Terms:-

  • Booking amount – 100% Advance for Ticket booking.
  • Booking amount – 25% of total package at the time of booking.
  • Balance payment of 75% of total package cost to be clear before 20 days prior of the departure date.
  • Those booking are made on short notice; all payment must be clear within 2 to 3 days.
  • Those booking are made on spot check in; all payment must be made at the time of booking only.
